Yes. Additional branches can be integrated easily. Each new branch is fully compatible with your system modules. You can expand users with assigned roles. All operations remain connected, automated, and manageable in one platform.
You will receive an Admin account with credentials. All users should follow our setup guide to configure their accounts and roles. Access is fully secure via SSL, HTTPS, and encrypted server connections. Your support account enables Valex to provide remote guidance when requested.
Once your contract is signed, Valex ensures a smooth system handover within 2 working days. Hardware installation is completed within 5 working days. You receive an admin account with full access. Our team provides initial guidance, ensuring your ERP, POS, E-Commerce, or mobile application is ready to operate seamlessly.

Services & Fees

If licenses are not renewed within 30 days of expiration, the system license is permanently deleted. Data recovery is not possible. Late renewal incurs additional fees. Valex ensures transparency in all renewal processes.
Yes. Adding new branches has a defined fee, while adding users depends on roles and system modules assigned. All additions are integrated, automated, and maintain reporting and data accuracy. Optional training for staff is billed separately.
Valex provides POS, ERP, Cloud, E-Commerce, Web & Mobile Applications, and WhatsApp Marketing systems. Fees depend on your selected package, additional branches, system add-ons, and annual renewals. Mandatory fees include system licenses and cloud server subscriptions; optional fees cover technical support extensions or extra staff training. All prices are transparent and clearly documented in the contract.
Absolutely. Valex systems are fully scalable. Upgrades to higher plans or adding modules (like inventory, HR, accounting, or marketing) are straightforward. Integration is automatic, keeping all system components synchronized, and all features remain functional.

Warranty & Return

Valex Care is an annual extended warranty covering all supplied devices, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements. Standard warranties cover hardware per the contract. Devices installed in kitchens or from third parties are not covered unless specified. System uptime is guaranteed, except during updates or force majeure events.

After-sales services are included in your contract Free. However, additional charges may apply for: Emergency On-Site Visits: Visits outside regular business hours or in remote areas. Extended Training Sessions: Additional training beyond the standard package.

Security & Data Protection

No. Valex cannot access your system without explicit permission. Clients control the “Support Account” settings. Admin access is always protected and can be revoked immediately after support sessions.
Valex uses high-spec servers with SSL certificates and HTTPS protocol. Daily, weekly, and monthly backups are performed. Admin passwords and accounts are delivered to clients only. Support access is granted temporarily with client authorization.
